Welcome to Warhammer 40k international tournament in Riga, 7-8 november. Riga Revolution Cup 2009.
The tournament format : 1800, two days, 5 battles, from 7 till 8 november.

Welcome to Warhammer 40k international tournament in Riga, 7-8 november. Riga Revolution Cup 2009.
1. Rules and armies
The rules for tournament are need for similar conditions for all tournament players. Here the rules:
Army rosters composed by standart Force Organization Chart, army size - 1800 points. You need to use the same army in all games. In tournament will be the rule of opened roster. You need to show your roster to opponent by his/her ask and also to show which one unit has dedicated transport. Army should be limited by all limitations, shown in its armybook.
The rules for tournament - is 5 th edition.
In army recticted to use allies, except those cases, when the list of allied units is defined by army codex (for example, to use Inducted Imperial Guard or Allied Space Marines in Inquisition).
In army is possible to use special characters, from the following army codex.
In army is restricted to use technics/units/characters from Imperial Armour.
Tournament will not use the rules of battles in jungles and rules in cities (Codex: Catachan, Codex: Cities of Death).

You are responsible for your army legal, if you have any question - you can ask organizers for detail info.
Attention! In tournament is used the following commentary by special characters:
Asdrubael Vect has Unit Type vehicle. The rule of Independent Character at him is not working.
Special character MUST be reflected by his "native" model, if it exists. Is not legal, for example, to use model of ussual Space Marine Librarian for reflecting Chief Librarian Mephiston special character.
The models of special characters is possible to use without any restrictions for ussual characters in your army, but we recommend to point your opponent before the game, what reflects your model.
2. Painting and WYSIWYG
At tournament is legal armies without painting, but no proxies allowed.
For painted armies, the player will be awarded with additional tournament points at tournament begining.
Base painting (3 colors): + 4
Bases design: + 2
WYSIWYG: + 4
Full painting (more than 3 colors): + 4
High quality painting (more than 6 from 10): + 4
All army in one theme: + 2
WYSIWYG - about weapons and jumppacks on model. In the unit 51% of models must have this rule.
If in unit independent character hasnt WYSIWYG, that means the unit automatically hasnt the WYSIWYG. If the unit has 2 models with heavy or special weapong without WYSIWYG, that means that all unit hasnt WYSIWYG.
3. Tournament system
• Sportsmanship will not take place on tournament, but will be the following rule, any player can declare opponent in not sportmanship behaviour. In that cases the opponent takes yellow card. If at the end of tournament the player will have 2 yellow cards, for that he takes -15 modificator for his tournaments points. For each card more he takes more -10 modificator, that is cummulative.

4. Rosters and registration
The preregistration will be in that theme (Need to define Name, City, Nick (if you have it), army). The end - registration will be getting this info with your roster. The last day of sending your roster - 5 november. After that
all rosters will be posted for all players view and validation.
Roster should be in easyreading form, and should contains about all technics/units/model upgrade, unit costs and its transport costs.
5. Games and judging.
Tournament contains 5 battles, 3 in saturday and 2 in sunday. Missions are predefined (1 battle - 1 mission, 2 battle - 2 mission and so on). Each battle will be 2,5 hours long + 10 minutes for points calculating. After that time judge should have the results for your battles, if not the players get modificator -5 points, and their results will be registered as draw.
In debatable moments (for example, visibility or not clear moment in the rules) - the judge will help you. But if the judge will find the answer at your question in rules or codex, he can to give -1 modificator to any asking player - that rule is done, for decrease the amount of too much stupid questions.
Each play can give from 0 till 3300 win points (page 300 of rules),

The tournament schedule will be posted later. The payment for participating - 5 Ls (7 Euro).
International players - if you need apartment - please when registering - inform that you need them. We will have some amount of places. Dont be shy to asking for additional transport info and helping.

It is not final registration, it is preregistration. So be free before the final registration, it is possible to change your army or whatever.

How to drive from center - cental station to the school : is possible by 9 troleybus or 10 autobus, here the map
Is possible also at marchtaxi - which drive to Ilguciems, the stops names : Slokas iela or Saulgrozhu iela

Kovos buvo tikrai labai stiprios.
Gavau 2 CSM su 2 lash of submission, kurie mano armija nesiojo po stala kaip norejo.
Gavau Nidzilla su 2 tyrantais 6 guardais ir 5 fexais.
Bendrai, labai idomi misiju sistema
Visur yra skaiciuojami Victory points, o be to yra primary ir secondary objectives, duodantis papildomai tasku.
Skaiciuojant kovos rezultata zaidejai pasidalina 20 tasku tarpusavy
Pvz 20:0 yra massacre 10:10 draw. Massacrui reikia virs 1800 ar 2000 victory points.
Idomu, kad byvo daug zaideju su labai stipriais listais bet ne tiek daug patirties. Zmones nuo nulio perka cheese of cheese like 2lash 9 obliterators.
Bet buvo ir labai originaliu sprendimu, labai idomiu modeliu ir konvertu.
Ypac dziugino Georgiy Grishaev su tobulai nudazyta armija ir Goldijs su savo nesvekais konvertais(ala melta is cemodano)
Is kutos puses, organizavimas.
1-2 kovos buvo 'random'. Poto 'sveicariska sistema' Kabutese nes niekas nemate kaip metami burtai ir sudaromi pairingai. "sveicariskoj" teisejai patys sprende ka su kuo statyt zaist, tik nedaug atsizvelgdami i standingus.
Dazymo ir wysiwygo taskai.. buvo duodami labai grieztai didesniam kiekiui zmoniu, bet aiskiai ne vienaverciai skirtingiems zmonems. Buvo isvadintas proxy Vladimiro Gazghulas nors ir yra is GW produkcijos.
Beto, taskus duodavo tik jei visa armija yra wysiwyg, ar tam tikru budu nudazyta, jokiu partial.
Del to keista, kad chaoso demonai su WHFB bazem gavo maximuma(nors, ju zaidejas ir buvo dazymo ziuri, ir turnyro organizatorius, ir kaip matot laimetojas.)
Tasku uz dazyma buvo labai daug. Net 20 max, kas yra visas massacre. Tai leme labai daug ka pacioj pabaigoj(ir butent tuo tasku skirtumu as pralaimejau conjureriui, nors ejau su pilnai nudazyta armija.)
Turnyro teisejai buvo isrinkti is nezaidzianciu zmoniu, kur nebutinai gerai zinojo taisykles. Del to daznai reikedavo irodynet teisybe su rulebooko pagalba.(kai 4+ nepadedavo).
Bendrai, nepaisant visiskai blogos organizacijos, buvo labai gera nuvaziuot, niekas is 4 dalyvavusiu nesigailim tikrai. Gaila kad nenuvaziavo kiti uzsiregistravusieji dalyviai. Kita karta manau vel vaziuociau. Tik reiks is anksto susitart del niuansu.
Arba, reikia kviest ju zaidejus pas mus ir daryt cempionata per 2 dienas. Mes tikrai galim geriau

Malonu skaityti tavo pastabos. Galima kita pavasari planuoti kaskokia "open" Lietuviska turnyra per dvi dienos. Turime dar daug laika idomi istorija ir geros misijos sugalvoti;)
