Polish ETC Heat, 100people, Battle for Bialystok, POLAND

Hello!
In the name of club Eastern Front I’d like to invite you all for a Warhammer Tournament called ”Battle for Bialystok” which will be held on 27 - 28th of April in my home city: Bialystok, Poland!

We’d like you to come and visit us for a great weekend. If you are interested in participating in the tournament feel free to visit us for more than just two days. We could show you around our beautiful city, party a lot, try and beat you in vodka challange and generally take good care of you all. So, how about it?

General info: this is a single player tourney, the most important part is that we play using most recent ETC rules and ETC2013 serbian maps. Also this is a master class tournament in polish league, so every army needs to be painted with at least 3 colours and you can expect 80+ players. There will be some bonus points for good quality painting, but not too much, 10 points in total. This tournament will be the last tournament from which our ETC team will emerge, so you will have a chance to meet and play against our best ETC players, exchange opinions, tactics and so on...

Entry Fee: 50pln (or 13EUR) - two hot meals included
Place: Zespol Szkol Gastronomicznych w Bialymstoku, ulica Knyszynska 12, Bialystok, POLAND.
Nearest airport: Warsaw Chopin airport
Rules: most recent ETC rulespack which will be out till 20th of April.
Start: 27th of April, 9am
End: 28th of April, 4pm
Limit: there is a limit of 104 people.
Registration: please send your registrations including name, surname, nickname and roosters in html format to front-wschodni@tlen.pl . The sooner you confirm your arrival the more chance you get to be with those 104 lucky people Also if you have any questions, please send them to front-wschodni@tlen.pl or write them here.
Conditions: on the tournament place we provide showers and free accommodation in class rooms (on the floor - so bring sleeping bags). If you need better conditions, here are some examples of hotels in our city:

I am too afraid of my Polish, so I'll add in English The main discussion is here - http://forum.wfb-pol.org/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=38621&sid=5770f7f0f1a8e26f1a0b1ce489512e85. Predominantly in Polish, but some English wouldn't (hopefully!) be a problem. The timetable:

Saturday 27th of April
9:00-09:50 - Registration
10:00-13:00 - 1st match
13:00-13:45 - dinner
13:45-16:45 - 2nd match
16:45-17:00 – intermission
17:00-20:00 - 3rd match

Sunday 28th of April
9:00-12:00 - 4th match
12:00-12:30 - dinner
12:30-15:30 - 5th match
about 15:45 - awards, celebration, tending wounds etc.

It is approx 240 km from Kaunas and 300 km from Vilnius, is accomodation provided on the night from 26th to 27th, or hotels are the only option?

Accomodation is also on the night from 26th to 27th Usually about half of the players come to the place in the day before the tournament. It's the reason why we made reservation in pubs for both friday and saturday night. We can also take you to our homes if you prefere to sleep there than in school.

Well guys my main problem as you all know well is unpainted models so i shall pass this time. But each post with thesetournaments kicks my ass quite well and who knows meiby some day i will have a painted army

It will be great if we could speak english in this topic, because I unfortunately don't speak Lithuanian

Which ones and how many models you need? I think that some of Polish players could help you and borrow some You need to have army painted at least 3 colors, so it's not taking a lot of time

It will be international tournament because players from Germany and Russia confirm that they're comming. We still waiting for confirming from Latvians, Ukrainians, Italians and French. So it will be great warhammer weekend and occasion to meet players from diffrent countries.

We have confirmation from Germans and Russians that they come. Unfortunetly our tournament is for only 104 players and 80 signed up now. Could you tell me how many Lithuanian players thinking about coming? Then I will book places on list for you.

Like i said i dont have painted army for now :/ so count me out.
Yes its easy to paint them in 3 colours badly but, eventualy someday iwill have to stripp the paint and do it again normaly so i dont like that
