daugeliui pažįstami Talino warhamerastai organizuoja WHFB turnyrą. Šį kartą vyrai užsimojo rimtai ir turnyras turėtų būti gan didelis (20-30 žaidėjų). Taisykles pridedu angliškai:

Liwonian Crusade

The tournament is a 5 game 2000p event using 4 different scenarios and 7 scenario cards. Points are allocated as following: Games up to 100p (20 per game), 30 painting, 30 knowledge test. No proxies are allowed but non-GW conversions are fine.

Painting:

Painting is not required but we decided to reward even basic painting effort with at least 10 points and make it easy to get 20 points for almost any painted and based army.

Army is painted up to a standard
and each model has at least 4 colors: 10p

All the bases have been based: 5p

The army is painted in one theme.
Meaning that an army looks like
an army: 5p

The army has several noticeable
conversions: 5p

The army makes the judges go wow! 5p

Pitched battle: Normal game.


Rain Storm: All shooting using BS is –1 to hit.

Military Tradition: All infantry units with at least 3 ranks and at least 20 models cause fear in cavalry, monsters (US5 or more) and chariots(including steam tanks and war altars) wishing to charge the unit in front and also when fighting these units to the front or charged by the infantry units. The US of the unit is calculated at the beginning of the close combat phase to determent weather it causes fear or not.

Magic Vortex: All casting attempts are failed on any double roll, including double sixes. Also irresistible force is not possible using any methods.

Scenario Cards: Every player will have 7 scenario cards. One scenario card per game may be used. The card is placed face down on the table so that no one can see what it is. This is done before rolling for the table side. You must also declare to your opponent that this is the card you will be using this scenario. Cards will be activated in different times during the game. When the card is activated then the card is turned around so that everybody can see what card was used. Some have permanent effects, some are one use only. When a card is placed on the table, you must also hand that card in with your results after the game. The card will be lost whether you used it or not. The idea of the cards is to make the games slightly more interesting, also for you to think what kind of a card does your opponent have.

Cards:

Lucky seven: One use only. Any 2d6 roll that is specified as a 2d6 roll will be an automatic seven. Meaning that a LD test is, spells that cause 2d6 damage are, miscast table is, but rolling two dices for a spell isn’t. The card must be activated before the roll is made. Also, lizardmen can use it for any 3D6 leadership tests.

Tactician: One use only. Any non scouting unit can be redeployed within 16 inches. Note the unit must remain in the same formation and in your deployment zone The unit is redeployed after all the units have been deployed by both sides. Including scouts.

Wizard’s blessing: The army gets an extra dispel die in every round of the game. The card must be activated during an opponent’s magic phase.

Bitter enemy: One use only: One unit will receive the benefit of hatred for one turn. The card must be revealed before the first to hit rolls are made. Note: This card can be used in the second or subsequent rounds of combat and its effects apply for that round then.

Talisman of Albion: General and the unit he/she is with will get a ward save of 6. If the general already has a WSv then he gets plus one to his/her WSv. Meaning that if the general has a ward save of 4 then it will be upgraded to 3. If the WSv affects only against specific wounds (close combat, shooting, magic, first wound suffered, etc) then it will be upgraded plus all other cases still receive the 6 plus ward save. The WSv can never be better then 2+ using the talisman. If the unit he is with already has a ward save then it will be upgraded up to a maximum of 5+. Meaning only units with no WSv or 6+ ward save benefit from this card. The card is revealed when the general or the unit has to make their first ward save. If the general leaves the unit then the unit will lose the benefits of the talisman. The general will not use it and any unit the general joins will start to benefit from the effects of the talisman. In the case of daemons the demonic WSv is not upgraded but rather turned in to a normal WSv.

Grudge: The enemy general is worth an extra 200vp as is your own. The card is revealed after the last turn when it’s time to count the points. This card MUST be used if placed on the table!

Dark hand: This card dispels the effect of an opponent’s card. No matter what card the opponent has placed on the table. This card is used as soon as the opponent used their card. This card MUST be used if placed on the table! If both players have this card or the opponent doesn’t use their card then it has no effect, as the cards are not used.

If the card you placed on the table is not used by the end of the game it will be worth 100vp. Except the grudge and dark hand cards that must be always used!

The test of Knowledge!

The test will consist of questions about general rules of the game, general army based rules, general fluff. Like who is the oldest race in the Warhammer world? There will be no questions in the manner of: Who was the Bretonnian lord who did something in XXXX. There will be no point in questions that 99,9% of the people just have to guess. No fun for me or you.

NB!

**The entry fee is yet unknown as we don't have an idea how many people we can have in the tournament.

*** The rules will change a little. But they will remain 99% the same.

**** Forgot to add: Special characters in army books are OK.

***** All latest version army books main lists are OK. SoC lists are banned!

****** DoW units can not be included in armies. Including Kislev units for Empire. Pure DoW armies using the 2002 annual list are OK.

Tiesa, organizatoriai parašė, kad planuoja turnyra iki 30 galvų, tad norint patekti reiks nepražiopsot registracijos.

We will try to make it a 30 player event! Defenetly no more but it also debends on how many people are intrested in pertisipating.

Also: 100vp will be given to the army that has more table quarters then the other army. The rule 100vp per quarter will NOT be used.

Also: 100vp will be given to the army that has captured more standards then the other army. 100vp per standard will NOT be used. NOTE: Capturing the BSBs standard is still worth 100vp.

Painting:

Painting is not required but we decided to reward even basic painting effort with at least 10 points and make it easy to get 20 points for almost any painted and based army.

NB! VERY VERY IMPORTANT! The painting will be judged on the lunch break of DAY1!!! and only then! So after your game I set up your army on the table where you played last. So the judges will know who's army it is. Also by set up i mean. Set it up so that the judges can easily count your models and look at them. Leaving everything in a mess will result in 0p for painting. As the judges will have no way of counting your models to see that you have painted them all. If you want points for the conversions and you are afraid that the judges might miss them. Then do please leave a printed note on the table with our army to point out your conversions.

Registration!!!

The registration window will be opened on the 23.04.08. at 00.00. What is needed for registration:

It will be on the first come first served bases. The window will be opend untill 30.04.08. at 23.59. Later registration is possible if we have open slots. We will try to have have 30 slots.

Send an email to vihm35e@hotmail.com that has included the following things.

1. One valid armylist of no more then 2000p. If the list is not valid i reserve the right to make changes to it so it will be valid.

2. Your full name (requested by the place where the event will be held, also everybody that just wants to watch the tournament must send me an email with their name)

3. If you are outside of Estonia then do you have a place to sleep or not?

4. If you live in Tallinn then could some of our quests sleep at your home? Remember that next time you might be traveling to Lithuania or Latvia.

5.Would you be interested in going to a pub on the Saturday evening? So i can get an estimate of how many people would be interested and then book a table if needed.

The entery fee will be ether 100 or 150 eek. Depending on the expences.

P.S. Stupid me i forgot to say that what formats are accepted for the army lists.

Army builder 2 files are ok. But i would prefer of you save them as HTML or some other format what i can open with out armybuilder. Now some armybooks might not have valid lists in armybuilder. So also nicely structured excel files with full unit names, stats, magic items and point costs are accepted.
