Baltic Open FB 2011 - tournaments rules -- Fun tournament Baltic Open FB 2011 Players and visitors welcom to our WFB tournament in Latvia, which will take place 29-30 october in Riga.  Army Size: 2600, 8 edition rules. Rosters will be hidden, opponents will dont know each other rosters. No any restrictions - except which is done by 8th edition rules and army books. Special characters and champions are allowed, but for bringing them you will need original figure of that heroe. The only exception will be for Archaon, you can take but if you are not taking another lord, and price over will taken from Hero slots. The rules of allies also allowed. Allowed to use Chaos Dwarves, Dogs of War (not separeted units, but as ally or whole army), Kislev allied Contingent. Will be played 5 games, each game will have it's own scenarion. The price of participation for players will be 7 Ls or 10 Euro Schedule: Saturday 09:00 Registration 09:30 - 12:30 First game 12:30 - 12:50 Break 12:50 - 15:50 Second game 15:50 - 16:30 Break 16:30 - 19:30 Third game 19:30 End of first day Sunday 10:00 - 13:00 First game 13:00 - 13:40 Break 13:40 - 16:40 Second game 16:40 End of second day / rewarding Tournament place will be in Riga 71 school (Grivas iela 26). GoogleMap coordinates: 56.963813,24.048429 Preregistration, rosters and questions you can send here: (WarhammerRiga@gmail.com) Becouse this tournament is fan, it's points will be calculated differently. To the game points will be added points - which give you your opponent: 1) Double FF - fan and fluffy - how this rosters is fluffy, fanny - the value from 0 (absolutely manchkin roster) till 10. 2) The sportmanship value - how your opponent played with you - the values from 0 till 5. So that's means that the points sum for 1 battle - the player gets = the points for the battle (for killing the units) + double FF points + sportmanship values. The player will dont know how much he get points from his opponents  The level of painting - will be valueted, by this value is one time only and will be setted by our guild of art. Will be 3 prices for first 3 places. For best painted army and the price for the best double FF. Wysiwyg is welcome, but not obligatory. Proxy is not allowed. Figure conversions and other manufactory figures are also welcome. Victory points to Battle points per game: 0-170 Victory-Points difference - 10-10 171-340 - 11-9 341-510 - 12-8 511-680 - 13-7 681-850 - 14-6 851-1020 – 15-5 1021-1190 – 16-4 1191-1360- 17-3 1361-1530- 18-2 1531-1700-19-1 1700+ - 20/0 Missions for games are taken from core rulebook: 1) Battle Line 2) Dawn Attack 3) No scenario, as ussual Pitched Battle 4) Battle for the pass 5) Meeting Engagement If you need appartments for staying in Riga, please say it

ar planuoja kas vaziuoti? beja labai leva dalis kur vertinamas oponetas, visada visi balsuoja uz savus. ir visad tau duos 0 o savam 5.. zinau is draugu pasakojimu:)

It is army of one player, but it can consist from 2 races. That means that rules of allies are taken from 8th core book. For example I am playing with Warriors of Chaos - set the main army 2000 points and 600 points of Beastmen army. So those armies both Evil, and trusted allies and it is looking fluffy. |

It is not true, we have quite kind atmosphere and ussually foreign players more insteresting to play for local guys, and they got ussually more high values. |

No, army can be not painted, but in this case the art guild probably will set you 0 points for army painting value. Painting is not obligatory. If for your special character the model is not yet released, and not exists, only in this case if you want it - you can do your own conversion for your special heroe. |

Pas Paulių normali, tik kad paskutiniu metu, kaip supratau netvarkė jis važiuoklės, mąsto apie keitimą, todėl gal geriau nerizikuoti tolimoje kelionėje. Jeigu važiuotų Dargiris, tai galimi 5 keleiviai ir susimetus gautusi apie 30Lt vienam plius alus vairuotojui už vargą. Nakvynė nakčiai gali ne taip brangiai kainuoti Rygoje, dviems po 35-50Lt ant kambario susimesti. Tai su visais pusryčiais ir vakarienėmis vienas žmogus drąsiai sutelpa į 150Lt, kas yra tikrai nedaug tokiam turnyrui ir atstumui kartą per metus.
