[color=#ff0033]Turnyras bus pagal naujausia 3.5 drafta[/color]  Army Composition, Draft 3.5 1. Rule changes • Up to 2 Characters per unit can get "look out sir" against the following spells: Dwellers Below, Final Transmutation and Dreaded 13th. Normal requirements for Look Out, Sir! apply. • BSBs can take all the equipment their unit type has access to as if they weren't BSBs. Wood Elf BSB can take kindreds and do not lose their longbow. 2. Magic Restrictions • An army may use up to maximum 12 power dice during each magic phase • A player can never use more than 5 power dice to cast a spell, no matter the source. For the Lore of Death and the Okkam's Mindrazor spell, this is lowered to 4 power dice. • Apart from Winds of Magic, an army may only generate up to 2 additional Power or Dispel Dice per magic phase (including channelling). Any extra dice above this is discarded and lost. 3. Team restrictions • A team consists of 8 players, each of which with an army from a different army list • A team may not contain more than 2 armies with 3 or more Lore of Death spells. Beastmen and Tomb Kings do not count towards this limit. 4. Army Building Restrictions • All the Army building restrictions are applied only during the creation of the roster, and may be ignored during the game (for example, by joining characters to units or creating new units) • The army lists allowed are those from any of the currently published GW Army Books, and The Legion of Azgorh from Tamurkhan. No other unit or army list may be used on the event. • Special or Named Characters are not allowed • Fozzrik’s Folding Fortress may not be taken. • Units cannot be more than 60 models nor 450 points. This does not apply to characters. • All army sizes are 2400 pt, except when specifically stated in brackets. Karol Wyszkowski Hey, unfortunately this year we cannot provide free acomodation, but we can reserve beds in dormitories which are on the same adress as tournament (ul. Zwierzyniecka 10, Bialystok). Price is 40 PLN per person, per night. Rooms are 2-3 beds per room. There is access to shower. If you are interested then please give me information not later than tuesday. Cheers. Na ETC turi savo minusu, bet turi ir savo pliusu. Bretonia pastaruoju metu gana neblogai atrodo, Latvijoje uzeme pirma vieta turnyre, Texase 80 zmoniu turnyre taip pat pirma vieta uzeme bretonija. Siaip ribojimus deda ne ti del to kad tai OP, o dar del to kad zmones ieskotu kazkokiu nauju sprendimu ir kasmet i ETC nevaziuotu su tuo paciu listu, ir turnyras netaptu nuspejamas ir nuobodus. Ne. Nes ETC beveik nera sansu padaryti kazkoki super uber power lista. Yra ribojimai, kurie kai kuriuos erzina. Taciau kasmet pamatai idomesniu sprendimu ir pasirinkimu. ETC turnyrai turi savo specifika, man asmeniskai patinka, nors megstu ir warhammeri is rulebooko. Hordes-Trollbloods

ETC restrictionai yra skirti nuskalpuoti OP armijas. Tačiau joks balansavimas nėra tobulas ir per kažkiek laiko žmonės atranda skyles ETC restrictionuose, dėl kurių kažkas kitas visgi pasidaro OP. Tada eina naujas draftas, kuriame skalpuojamos naujos OP armijos.. ir taip tęsiasi begalinis balansavimas vardan balansavimo |

Jeigu nebalansuotų turnyrų, tada mes kiekvienas turėtume turėti Chaos demonų rasę vien dėl turnyro, kad važiuoti ir jaustis pilnaverčiu dalyviu. Aišku pas visus identiški rosteriai.Tokiu atveju į juos rinktūsi vis mažiau dalyvių, nes po poros turnyrų visiems pabostų prieš veidrodžius žaisti. Kodėl aš nemėgstu Šahmatų, o gi todėl, kad ten tas pats per tą patį ir nieko keisti negali. Vieniems tai patinka, kitiems tai nepatinka. Tiem kam patinka monotoniška nekintanti aplinka ir salyginis balansas, pliekia šaškes su šahmatais, o visi kiti ieško įvairovės ir žaidžia kareivėliais su įvairiausiomis taisyklėmis, bet kada žaidžiame kažkokią sistemą, norisi, kad galimybės laimėti būtų apyligės, taip įdomiau žaisti abiems žaidėjams, va todėl ir suka galvas žmonės iš ETC. Ačiū GW, kad paskutiniu metu WHFB pradėjo išeiti gan gerai subalansuotos knygos, tereikia senesnius kelis kodeksus pakeisti ir bus viskas ok, netgi Special charakteriai jau gerai subalansuoti. Apskritai atsibostu losti pries ta pati armijos lista. Ta prasme jei sutikai OandG tai automatiskai zinai lista 4lv samanas, 36 svage orkai, 2 junitai po 8 trolius, 2 mangleriai, 2 doom diveriai, 2 rock lobberiai, DONE!  Na WHFB nera super competetive game, bet man tai netrugdo
